The RIAA has outlined to the Chronicle of Higher Education how it tracks files sharers.

According to Danny O'Brien of the EFF, the process of getting a file sharing 3 strikes law on the statute books in France is proving to be slightly more problematic than supporters of the move had hoped, despite the signing of a memorandum of understanding by the French government, the ISPs and the music industr
