Cruising My Old Street with New Google Street View

Wow, the new interface for Google Maps Streetview is very slick! It fills the entire map frame, and you get a spinny controller (like in Google Earth) to rotate your view, plus drag and clicking the mouses gives a tilt-pan effect. So you can zoom down streets!

Richard Greenwood - Bio-Observatory & Evolution MegaLab: Location integration

I’ve been working on the location recording side of things this past week, and have now changed the user interface on the map to hopefully work more intuitively. I’ve also created the ability for users to link observations to stored locations and also have these stored locations available via an RSS feed (maybe not much use at present, but something to build on).
