At last week’s Web 2.0 Expo I went to see Dion Hinchcliffe talk about Building successful next generation Web 2.0 applications.

Here are the most pertinent points for the OU as it considers building SocialLearn.

In looking for interesting technologies, sometimes you have to forge past what at looks like something hardly relevant to education, much the case with what I think is a powerful form of web video technology in Veeple.
