
Yesterday I attended a staff development session. The timetable had arrived in various emails a number of times the previous week : register at 8.45 to start at 9.00. Finish at 4.45. At 9.00 about 5 people had arrived the rest arrived between half and hour and an hour and fifteen minutes late. Only one apologised and said she’e emailed about her late arrival .

I’m currently writing an article for one of the subject centres and so thought i would post a draft of my thinking so far here. Comments welcome!
