So long Amanda, I am going to miss you

Yesterday was kind of a sad day for me. My friend and colleague Amanda Harby is retiring from BCcampus. Amanda is the person who first hired me when I arrived in BC, jobless but with hope in my heart and a song on my lips.

Last week I was at ALT-C. I enjoy Assoc for Learning Technology conference. I went a couple of times to its predecessor in the 1980s : the Assoc for Educational Technology. That wasn’t so comfortable to many techy blokes. But no longer.
